As the founder and CEO of Hope Partnership, Downey has spearheaded efforts to foster economic stability, combat homelessness, and build affordable housing in Osceola County. My campaign is dedicated to giving District 4 residents a strong voice on the County Commission and tackling growth with thoughtful, forward-thinking policies that work for everyone.”
